The trial run is a small quantity production & test process before mass production.
A trial run is a necessary process, especially for the new product. even a trial run will have an extra cost but still has some benefits.
a. Avoid any quantity issue while mass production: the main factors of beverage production will be included raw material, packaging, and production condition. For the new product, even though we have done many lab tests, but still can’t imitate mass production conditions. If we find any problem while the trial run, we can try to adjust the recipe or production condition.
b. Marketing sampling & test sample: a trial run will be produced small quantity of products (around 50 to 100 cartons), we can use these products to do the marketing sampling. Moreover, we can use these samples to do the aging test that can conform the product shelf life
